Warmup Schedule

Because of the variance in the number of swimmers in each of the sessions in different clubs we are experimenting with a regional style warmup, this has been requested by some clubs on previous years. We will monitor the warmup and reserve the right to change it and revert to lane allocation at any time should it become any issue.

The total warmup time for each session is 55 Minutes.
