We need some young volunteers to help with posting results and other general help during the events, maybe you are not swimming in some sessions or only doing a single event? you could share the duties with a team member, CLICK HERE to offer to help.

Warmup and session times.

Saturday 3rd – S5- AM – 8.15am Warmup / 9.15am Start

Saturday 3rd – S6 – PM – 1.30pm Warmup / 2.30pm Start

Sunday 4th – S7 – AM – 9.00am Warmup / 9.30am Start

Sunday 4th – S8 – PM – 12.15pm warmup / 1.15pm Presentations / 1.35pm Start

These times are subject to change both prior to the event and on the day as per the event conditions so please check for updates on our event website and our social media channels.

Note the lanes below are for guidance , clubs are been asked to share if possible, clubs will have different numbers of swimmers on each session , if you can let another club share your lane that would be appreciated.
